Reflection note

There were many tasks that I found very useful. Listening to a lection of our choice from the international conference for English teachers and then writing a summary was really interesting informative. The task  to create a story using random prompts as the base was really exciting and made me use a different approach to writing. Writing a movie review was another interesting task. I think our work during this semester was quite productive.  It’s important to try writing something in a new format or using different types of media as a source material because each time it challenges us to think a little bit differently and creatively.

Personally, I didn’t like writing an entry for the Students’ Guidebook, it wasn’t very useful for me.

During the next semester I would like to continue trying to write something new while still sharpening my skill of writing essays. I hope we will have an opportunity to watch more videos in English.

Here are some topics I would like to suggest: poverty (reasons and possible solutions), political and social views of people from different countries, climate change, social media influencers.
